Therapeutic Grief Practitioner – Midlothian (2 Posts)

Part-time (22 hours per week)

Salary: £27,715 pro rata

Richmond’s Hope is seeking two Therapeutic Grief Practitioners to join our team in Midlothian, supporting bereaved children and young people. As a Therapeutic Grief Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping young people navigate their grief, build resilience and feel supported following the death of someone important in their lives. Working as part of a skilled and compassionate team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality therapeutic support that makes a lasting difference.

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in childcare, education, health, playwork or another relevant field. Successful candidates will have a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for bereaved young people and families.

As part of our investment in staff development, Richmond’s Hope provides a comprehensive induction and training programme to equip practitioners with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to support bereaved children and young people effectively.

These posts will be based within our Midlothian service at the Midlothian Innovation Centre, Pentlandfield Business Park, Roslin, and will form part of our wider Richmond’s Hope team.
